- Come home
- Play viola
- Read
- Play guitar
- Skate
- Take out the kayak with Lysa
- Eat clean!
So far the first 4 have not happened and probably won't happen.
To get the free membership I have to get a letter from Yollie. So I decided I would do that tomorrow just before my shift - which saves me doing two trips to Palmerston.
For breakfast I had porridge (1/3 oats with 3/4 water) with banana, honey and cinnamon. For morning tea I plan on having a couple of snow peas and for lunch, a carrot. I'll keep updating as the day goes by.
I think because I'm not doing the gym thing today I might cycle to the pool and do some laps.
