I feel gross. Like, about my body and I want to change the way I feel. Thus, I plan to go swimming and jogging everyday. I need to ask my DM about the benefits of my job because apparently I have a free gym membership that I was unaware of.
Right now, I'm really tired and am not too sure what I'm writing this for - however, I plan to write in this to keep me on track with my life and my goal to get fit.
Today I had a brownie for breakfast... So I guess that means that so far I haven't done too well. On the flip side, it made me feel sick and I won't be having any more!
