Why are people mean? And by 'people', I mean everyone - even myself. Like, why do we do or say things purely to hurt others? Being 'mean' has almost become a normality. It's common to hear a girl say "Mary Jones is such a bitch." or to hate someone on the basis that your friend has beef with them. I just don't understand. I honestly find it so hard to find sound reasoning behind that kind of behaviour. At the same time, I'm not saying I'm a saint. I know how easy it is to get caught up in that kind of thing. It's so easy, you don't even notice you're doing it...

Rah rah rah
I'm so tired. So tired. I've worked everyday and am so tired. Today is New Year's Eve and I am fucking tired.
I'm unhappy with a lot of things in my life. I miss my Dad a lot. Rah rah rah!

- Get my free membership

- Take out the kayak with Lysa
- Eat clean!
So far the first 4 have not happened and probably won't happen.
To get the free membership I have to get a letter from Yollie. So I decided I would do that tomorrow just before my shift - which saves me doing two trips to Palmerston.
For breakfast I had porridge (1/3 oats with 3/4 water) with banana, honey and cinnamon. For morning tea I plan on having a couple of snow peas and for lunch, a carrot. I'll keep updating as the day goes by.
I think because I'm not doing the gym thing today I might cycle to the pool and do some laps.
